The badfic was awesome in its own special way, and I especially loved that you had Sulu speaking Japanese in the fic and then commenting on it in the chat. Because he's from San Francisco, his family having lived there for generations, and I think a lot of people conveniently forget that when he's paired up with the cute Russian.
